Ashley Haney is the President and Managing Broker for Haney Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm specializing in the Placer Valley and greater Sacramento areas.
Born and raised in Placer County, Ashley is committed to providing the most value to her clients while maximizing their return on their investment. This is demonstrated by her extensive involvement in the real estate industry locally and statewide. Ashley currently serves as the President-Elect for the Placer County Association of Realtors as well as a Director for the California Association of Realtors. Additionally, Ashley is ranked in the top 10% of Realtors in the County and is an Outstanding Life Member of the Masters Club for the Placer County Association of Realtors.

She strives to set an example of hard work and dedication to them while also serving the community in which they live. Ashley runs her business on a foundation of family, friends, and community… as they succeed, she succeeds! Ashley’s husband, Nate, is a Correctional Officer for the State of California and works for CSP Sacramento in Folsom. Ashley, Nate, and their 4 children live on 72 acres in Loomis where they enjoy family time and spend most nights and weekends at their kid's sporting events and games.
Ashley brings positivity and enthusiasm to everything she does and is doing all she can to help shape the community in which she lives and works.

I am thrilled to be working with Haney Real Estate as their Director of Client Services. I bring over 18 years of experience selling residential real estate in the Sacramento area. My expertise has been to guide clients through the emotional and economic elements of the real estate buying and selling process with expertise, commitment, and care. In addition to supporting this boutique brokerage, I assist in managing short and long-term vacation rentals as well as office space leasing for our executive suites.

Licensed since 2009 with a background in both commercial and residential real estate, Lindsay is familiar with market trends that can challenge both buyers and sellers. She has the knowledge, resources, and expertise to market your home effectively and to negotiate aggressively on your behalf. Lindsay believes that purchasing real estate is much more than simply buying or selling a home. To her, a key element of real estate is developing relationships and building trust with her clients. Lindsay is passionate about her role as Director of Operations and Certified Transaction Coordinator at Haney Real Estate as she truly enjoys working with clients and being a part of their journey in buying, selling, or investing in real estate. A resident of Rocklin, CA, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family including her grandchildren.

Nikki has been with Haney Real Estate Group from the early days and has had many roles within the team. From managing to event planning there isn’t a task she doesn’t take on. Representing Haney Real Estate as Director of Marketing and PR, Nikki currently showcases her abilities creatively through marketing design and production of events HRE puts on each year. Nikki is in her element when it comes to community and adds a multifaceted component to the HRE team.
